Where We Left Off: Big changes were afoot at Seattle Grace as the interns became residents at last (well, most of them). What’s Next?: This year, look for a new crop of interns - including Meredith’s half-sister Lexie (Chyler Leigh) - to enter the mix. Poor George will have to start fresh again.
