Hilary Duff may be really “falling” in love with boyfriend Mike Comrie. Comrie got the not-yet-20-year-old a Mercedes-Benz G-class SUV for her birthday. Duff went to support her Benz-giving beau at his New York Islanders’ preseason game Wednesday night, looking quite glam.
